Framed by towering native trees, this house sits just two blocks from the beach and the resort's beach club, where three pools – including a zero-entry option with Gulf views – await. Back home, a third-floor cupola and rooftop deck offer 360-degree views over the canopy and coastline, while multiple porches and decks make the outdoors feel like a natural extension of the home. Seaside's boutiques, food trucks, and restaurants are within walking distance, and three bikes are on hand for exploring the trails beyond.

Home truths:
* The third bedroom has a single-over-double bunk bed, plus a single day bed with a single trundle. While it can sleep six guests in total, it will be a squeeze – we think it's best for a couple of children.
* You'll have access to the resort's swimming pools, lazy river, kayaking, fishing, and scenic trail. These are shared with other guests. In order to access these facilities, all guests aged 5 or older will need wristbands – eight are provided for you.
* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens are for in-home use only and cannot be taken to the beach or pool.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* Three adult bikes are provided for you. You'll also have two covered parking spaces here for cars.
