Tucked into the heart of one of the 30A's Gulf resorts, this townhome is as well-placed as it gets. A screened porch and private balconies overlook the park, giving you a calm spot to wind down after a day on the water. Families with younger children will appreciate the bunk bed rooms and flexible layout, while two included bikes make it easy to explore further afield. Steps away, the resort's club house opens up resort-style pools along the Gulf coast, a private beach, and scenic trails.

Home truths:
* The third bedroom is in the hallway and has a double-over-double bunk bed, while the fourth is a small bunk room best suited to children. While this means that the sleeping arrangements are flexible, the maximum occupancy is six guests.
* You'll have access to the resort's beach club, swimming pools, scenic nature trails, and coastal dune lake here. They're shared with other guests. Every guest aged 5 and over will receive a wristband for community amenities and pools. This home is allotted six wristbands.
* Your host provides two adult bikes here for getting around without a car.
* You'll want to pack your own beach and pool towels, as they aren't provided.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
