Set in a coastal community, this condominium is an easy base for everything 30A does best. Three balconies bring the park's pines and coastal breeze into daily life – good for slow mornings with coffee or winding down in the evening. Six Beach Club wristbands unlock resort-style pools and Gulf-view dining, while the Western Lake Boathouse – a five-minute walk away – has canoes, paddleboards, and kayaks on hand. Two bikes are included, boutiques and restaurants are reachable on foot in around ten minutes, and Florida's powder-white Panhandle beaches are close enough to visit more than once.

Home truths:
* Beach and pool towels aren't provided here – you'll need to bring your own or pack them. Bath towels and linens are supplied but must stay in the home.
* Please note that Low-Speed Vehicles are prohibited here – bikes are the practical alternative, and two are included with the home.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep in a bunk bed in the communal space – an arrangement we think is better suited to children.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
