A four-minute walk down Gulf Point Road to the boardwalk puts Blue Mountain Beach within easy reach – and this house is set up to make the most of every hour between beach trips. The private pool and backyard are the natural centre of the day, with an outdoor dining area alongside and a screened porch with a fireplace for when the evening cools. Bikes are included for spinning along the 30A coastal paths, and the Blue Mountain Beach Creamery is a short stroll away when the afternoon calls for ice cream.

* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens from the home are not permitted to leave except for laundering.
* If you're planning an evening beach walk between May and October, keep white lights off the sand – sea turtle nesting season runs from 1st May to 31st October and artificial light disorients hatchlings. Red-covered torches are available locally if you need one.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
