Beach living at its most relaxed – this house comes loaded with the right gear for a 30A trip, including four bikes for cruising the Timpoochee Trail and a six-passenger low-speed vehicle for hauling beach kit down to the Gulf. Mornings start on the shaded front porch, evenings wind down under bistro lights out back, and a community pool, hot tub, and fire pit are a short walk away via the path behind the home.

* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* Getting to the beach involves a short bike or cart ride rather than a walk. The provided six-seater low-speed vehicle and four complimentary adult bikes make loading up gear for the day straightforward.
* You'll want to pack your own beach and pool towels here.
* Free parking is available for up to three cars. While you can get around the local community without a car, we suggest having one for adventures further along the coast.
