The sugar-white sands are a four-minute bike ride away, and five complimentary bikes plus a low-speed vehicle make getting there effortless. Home truths:
* You'll have parking for five vehicles on site – handy given that a car (or the included low-speed vehicle) is the easiest way to reach nearby towns and amenities along 30A.
* Bath towels and linens must stay at the home, so you'll want to pack your own beach and pool towels for days by the water.
* The primary booker must be at least 25 years old. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at a ratio of four under 25's per adult.
* One of the bedrooms has two double-over-double bunk beds and a single-over-single bunk bed that can sleep up to six people.
* The swimming pool isn't fenced.
