Gulf views from the covered balcony are the first thing you'll notice about this condo – a perch above the tree canopy where you can watch the water shift colour through the day. The WaterColor Beach Club is just steps away, with three pools including a zero-entry option, two dining venues, and the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast right alongside. Back inside, the main suite opens directly onto that same balcony, while a loft with a full and twin bed gives families welcome flexibility. Tennis courts, pickleball, pools, and scenic footpaths through the 499-acre resort round out the picture.

Home truths:
* The WaterColor HOA issues wristbands for pool and amenity access, and all guests aged five and older must be included in your total guest count to receive one. This home is allocated four wristbands, so factor that in when planning your group.
* Beach and pool towels aren't provided, so remember to pack your own – bath towels and linens are for use inside the home only and must not be taken to the beach or pool.
* During sea turtle nesting season – 1st May to 31st October – you'll need to keep balcony and porch lights off at night and close the blinds on any Gulf-facing windows to avoid disorienting hatchlings making their way to the water.
* The loft bedroom sits on a mezzanine and is semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited. Three guests will sleep here across a double bed and a single bed.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* Community bikes are included with your stay, making it easy to get around the resort.
