Screened porches, a sunroom overlooking the greenery, and an outdoor living area with a built-in gas grill give you multiple ways to enjoy the warm air without going far. A self-contained carriage house offers a quiet retreat away from the main group, and four bikes make it easy to explore 30A's scenic paths. The WaterColor Beach Club – with resort pools, a zero-entry pool, and Gulf-side dining – is within walking distance.

Home truths:
* WaterColor's HOA requires that every guest aged five and older be registered to receive a wristband for pool and amenity access. This home is allotted ten wristbands in total.
* If you're planning to fish during your stay, note that Florida state law requires anyone over the age of ten to hold a valid fishing licence unless fishing via a chartered boat. Licences can be obtained through the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on a trundle bed in the third bedroom, while another guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the carriage house.
