Inside, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors frame open water from the living room, a cinema room with a projector and corner bar sits on the upper floor, and a heated indoor pool with hydromassage keeps things comfortable well beyond beach season. The heart of Leuca is just a short stroll away, while the prehistoric sea caves of Grotta del Diavolo and the beaches of Pescoluse are all within easy reach by car.

* Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
* The indoor pool is compact, so it's best suited to relaxation and hydrotherapy rather than serious swimming. It's open from from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
* The two floors aren't connected internally, so you'll step outside each time you move between them. This is worth bearing in mind in the evenings or if the weather turns. Due to the amount of steps in this home, we don't recommend it for guests with reduced mobility.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can arrange a cot and high chair. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Two of the single beds in bedroom five can be arranged as a double on request.
