And that's before we've even got around to the impressive grounds. *Private parking is available on the driveway.
*The outdoor kitchen is to be used exclusively by the chef of a private restaurant, owned by the homeowner just outside the villa.
*The swimming pool has a saltwater system.
*Three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (split system) while the other two bedrooms have a ceiling fan.
