Whistle While You Surf

Less than a mile to Ocean Beach, this seaside home is light and spacious with Pacific views from every angle. Soak it all up from the living area, where wraparound windows frame the azure waters or watch the surfers on the horizon from the telescope on your bedroom’s private balcony. Take some cuttings from the herb garden and knock up a fragrant dish in the gourmet kitchen, followed by a digestif on the patio. In the mornings, take the beach gear to the waterfront and get settled into a deckchair or ride the waves on a boogie board. Watch the sea lions from Ocean Beach Pier, a fifteen-minute walk away, and enjoy a refreshing drink in the nearby cafes. Later on, take the twenty-five-minute stroll to Sunset Cliffs to watch the sky glow in oranges and reds. Come home to board games in the lounge and a glass of wine on the deck – the perfect end to a perfect day.
