You can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and the sandy shore from here, so you can easily leave the car on the driveway and enjoy exploring on foot. When you’re back from the beach, fire up the barbecue for dinner or share sunset cocktails on the deck. One bedroom has its own private patio, while two others share a balcony – meaning you’ll never miss a moment of the California sunshine. Your laid-back beach break begins right here.

Home truths:
*This home is set over three floors and there are steps to reach the entrance, so you'll need to be able to climb stairs here. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
*There's a locked partition door on the patio off bedroom one that connects to the neighbouring home – a high wall provides privacy while using the patio.
*The lift, garage, and speakers are not available for use.
*The French patio doors need repairing, so currently only one side of the door opens.
*Your host provides complimentary beach chairs, beach towels, a parasol, and boogie boards to use during your stay.
*While you can walk to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants, we recommend hiring a car to get around more easily. Free parking is available on the driveway for two cars, along with ample free street parking at the bottom of the hill.
