* The garage fits two smaller vehicles, but larger SUVs can be a tight squeeze or may not fit at all – please get in touch with your host for the exact dimensions. Additional street parking and public car parks are available four to five blocks away.
* Air conditioning is not available on the ground floor – there's a fan provided, but the lower level relies on it during warmer months. The upper floors are covered by the mini-split system.
* The living area and kitchen are on the first floor, not the ground floor.
* The top bunks are for children only, meaning this home sleeps a maximum of six adults.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
