Pacific Noon

Perched above the Pacific in Bird Rock, this house delivers the kind of ocean-facing outdoor space that makes a trip. The clifftop pool looks straight out to sea, the fire lounge keeps evenings warm as the light fades over the water, and the terrace is made for long, unhurried meals in the sun. Floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights pull that same view inside, while the main suite's private balcony earns its keep at sunrise and sunset alike. A short stroll brings you to a popular surf beach and Bird Rock's cafes and restaurants.

Home truths:
* While some bedrooms and bathrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
* Your host periodically updates the decor here, so the furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
* Your host will meet you and your group at the home for a full tour on arrival – the primary guest must be present for this, so plan your journey accordingly.
* You'll have three parking spaces here – worth knowing if your group is arriving in multiple vehicles, though larger groups of twenty-four may well be travelling in more cars than that, so plan accordingly.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
