Set on the beachfront of Mission Bay – enjoy sweeping views across the beach and out to the ocean waves lapping into the shore. Relax amidst the gently swaying palm trees as the ocean's breeze refreshes your mind and rejuvenates the soul. While relaxing is a given when it would be rude not to make the most of the conveniences and amenities of San Diego when staying here.

From biking along the boardwalk to boating, paddleboarding, sailing and swimming – it's safe to say you won't be short of things to do in this neck of the woods. With Mission Bay Aquatic Center located just steps away, and breakfast spots, coffee houses, pubs and restaurants all within close walking distance – you needn't lift so much as a finger when it comes to meal times. However, it's nice to have the option of cooking at the villa, should you wish to rustle up your own recipes too.

Spread across three levels, watch the sailboats glide across the bay from anywhere in the home – whether that's from the top-floor balcony or down on the ground-level patio with lounge seating. Grab a drink and station yourself ready to watch the sunset over the bayfront. Bliss. We couldn't think of a dreamier way to start and end your days here than with a leisurely stroll along the bayside boardwalks. Or better still, make footprints in the sand as you listen to the waves crash before you on the beach itself.





Home truths:
*Though there's enough bed space for ten people here, we think the double bunk bed in the third bedroom is best suited to two guests. We'd suggest a maximum guest count of eight – especially as the dining table seats six, and the breakfast bar only has two stools.
*Although there isn't air conditioning here, box fans are provided.
*This home is spread across three levels. The living areas are on the first floor (or second level).
*Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There are two covered tandem parking spaces in the garage – though they're only 74'' wide, so are only suitable for compact vehicles.
*The host asks you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum at all times.
*There are no cable or broadcast channels here, but streaming services are available.
*Unless travelling as a family, all guests must be at least 25 years old.
