Located between Crystal Pier and Belmont Amusement Park, Chasing The Sun is a home that caters to all of its guests. Whether you like to spend your holidays with an action-packed itinerary, or simply enjoy lounging around catching up on your reading, your options here are endless. This modern home offers breathtaking views at almost every angle, and three of the upstairs bedrooms have their own private, sea-view terraces. On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan kitchen and living area, and there's enough room in the garage to park up to two cars. Due to the bedroom set-up, we think a group of friends with children or a large family will be well-looked after here.

*Parking is available in the two-car garage, along with a free EV charger. There's also limited additional street parking in the area.
*This one is on the ocean-front lower level and the rear portion of the second level. There's another unit in the same building.
*Although the kitchen is fully equipped, you will still need to stock up on essentials such as consumables and spices.
*Unless travelling as a family, all guests must be at least 25 years old.
*Your host provides complimentary beach and bike rentals for stays in 2026.
