* There's no air conditioning here – ceiling fans and the coastal breeze do the work instead. For most of the year La Jolla's mild climate makes this perfectly comfortable.
* If you're bringing young children to the beach, Windansea is just steps away but can have strong waves and rocky sections. La Jolla Shores, a five-minute drive away, is a much gentler option for little ones.
* The driveway comfortably fits two cars, with extra space available on the street and in the nearby alley.
* Your host provides Complimentary beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and boogie boards for days at the beach.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
