Perched right above the ocean in La Jolla’s Bird Rock neighbourhood, this home makes it very hard to look anywhere else. Sunset drinks by the fire pit, morning coffee with the Pacific crashing below, dinner on the grill while dolphins occasionally make an appearance offshore… honestly, you may not leave the terrace much. Inside, huge glass doors keep the Pacific front and centre pretty much all day long. The upstairs main suite gets the best spot in the house, opening the whole top floor up to the ocean. And while the bluff-top setting feels peaceful, Windansea Beach, La Jolla Cove, cafés, and taco spots are all only a short drive away once you finally peel yourself away from the view.

*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.

*While the home sits directly above the ocean, there’s no direct beach access.

*There are steep drops around the home. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
