*The lead guest must be at least 25 years old to rent this home.
*Bedroom five sleeps a maximum of two adults or three children on a bunk bed and a pull-out single bed – the top bunk isn’t recommended for adults.
*Your host provides beach chairs and beach towels for use during your stay.
*Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am. Noise decibel monitors are installed here.
