Belmont Park is less than 2 miles away, the boardwalk is on the doorstep, and complimentary beach gear means you can be in the water within minutes of arriving.

* There's no air conditioning here or central heating here. Like most homes in coastal Mission Beach, the sea breezes keep things comfortable for most of the year, and your host provides ceiling fans, box fans, and portable heaters for warmer or cooler days.
* The entrance is up a flight of stairs to the second floor, and the living areas and bedrooms are spread across three levels – you'll be moving between floors regularly during your stay.
* While there are no in-unit laundry facilities here, there's a shared washing machine in the communal carport closet.
