San Costanzo Harvest

Tucked into the rolling hills of Le Marche, this farmhouse villa sits within 3,000 m² of fenced grounds where an olive grove, fruit trees, and an aromatic herb garden surround a private pool and hot tub. A covered terrace with views out to the village of San Costanzo and the Adriatic Sea is where you'll want to spend most evenings – sharing a slow meal as the light fades. Inside, the rustic character runs deep, with terracotta floors and exposed timber beams. Fano's golden beaches are around 15 km away if you fancy a change of scenery.

Home truths:
* You'll need a car to make the most of the area. Parking for five cars is available on the premises.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair. Request them in advance to make sure everything is set up on arrival.
* The annexe sits separately from the main villa, so the two bedrooms there won't share a corridor with the rest of the group – ideal for guests who want a little independence, but worth factoring in if you'd prefer everyone under one roof.
* The pool is open from 26th April to 4th October, so if you're visiting outside those dates you won't be able to use it.
* For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
* Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay for no additional charge.
