* Air conditioning is fully ducted in the penthouse apartment. In the ground-floor apartment, it covers the main living areas only – the bedrooms have fans rather than air conditioning units, so bear that in mind if you're visiting in the height of summer.
* There are two dedicated parking spaces in a secure lot around 200 metres away – handy if you're driving in. A free public car park is also available roughly 300 metres from the home. Note that street parking is restricted on Wednesday mornings from 6am to 3pm when the weekly market takes over.
