Built by one family over the centuries, this Belle Époque estate in the captivating Charolles-Brionnais region carries its history in its bones. Inside, the carefully curated interiors blend vintage furnishings with lived-in charm. There's plenty of space for your nearest and dearest to get together – whether you're sharing lively conversation over dinners in the formal dining room or basking in the sunshine on the terrace. Outside, there's even more to sink your teeth into – a private pool and hot tub, pétanque court, treehouse for little ones, and a spa cabin with two suanas. A converted barn also doubles as a multi-functional event space. When you're ready to explore, the Brionnais Romanesque churches and Château de Drée are nearby, and Lyon is around ninety minutes away.

Home truths:
* The barn is unheated, so it works best for gatherings during the warmer months. If you're planning to host an event here, please get in touch with your host.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, high chair, baby bath, and children's dinnerware. You'll need to request these at least two weeks before your stay. Children over the age of 2 count towards the occupancy if they're using their own bed.
* The swimming pool is open from the end of April to the end of October. The saunas are available to use between September and April for stays of 3 or more nights, but can be opened upon request during the summer.
* Parts of the home remain private during your stay – the basement, garage, and one section of the attic are locked. The rest of the estate is yours to use freely.
* Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking for up to four cars on the driveway.
