*The second bedroom is accessed via stairs on the outside of the house.It also features an open-plan bathroom, which is a lovely design but may lack privacy for some guests.
*As is common in France, the toilets are separate from the bathrooms.
*There is air conditioning in one of the bedrooms, and the rest of the house has an underfloor cooling system
