Whichever body of water you choose, dry off on the relaxed seating areas under the pergola. Soothing and picturesque, it's the perfect social spot for good food, drink and conversation.

If you'd prefer to explore further than the confines of the villa, the gorgeous beaches that shape The Hamptons are a fifteen-minute walk away. Take some refreshments for a sunbathing session on the golden sands.

When sun sets on your stunning home, the evening opens up an array of options. Grill some fresh meats on the BBQ, enhanced by the beautiful tones of sunset. For those snug evenings in, gather on the comfy seats in the living room with a blockbuster film for entertainment.
