* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair. Request these ahead of time to make sure they're set up on arrival.
* The fireplace is decorative only – you won't be able to use it during your stay.
* Two king-sized suites each have a private bathroom, so the remaining ten guests will share a single bathroom on the third floor – worth noting for larger groups.
* You won't find beach or pool towels supplied here, so pack your own or plan to pick some up locally on arrival.
* Although free parking is available, parking and unloading aren't permitted at the home before 4pm – if you're arriving with a car full of luggage, plan to explore the area first rather than dropping bags early.
* You'll enjoy access to the four community pools here – three outdoor, one indoor – as well as access to the beach.
* Your host provides six adult bikes, which makes the Town centre, restaurants, and neighbouring communities along the coast easy to reach without a car.
