We reckon all your free time will be spent outdoors here, from alfresco breakfasts to aperitivo as the sun goes down. When the weather turns chilly, head inside and hang out in the open-plan living area – just note that the only bathroom here is en-suite and the single bedroom isn't the most private. Despite being a bit further from the historic centre, a bus stop nearby makes exploring easy. You're also a stone's throw from Ponte Milvio's trendy eateries and stylish bars.

*This home is spread across two floors, with a metal spiral staircase separating the different levels.
*The single bedroom on the top level is open-concept – there isn't a door, so it lacks a little privacy. It's also worth noting that the third guest must have access to the main bedroom, as the only bathroom here is en-suite.
*Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am.
*There are cameras on the terrace, but these are solely for safety and are only activated in certain circumstances.
*This home isn't in the centre of Rome, nor is it close to a metro station. You'll need to hop on a bus to travel further afield. We think it's best for those who are comfortable with public transit.
