This apartment is just a fifteen-minute walk from one of Rome’s most famous sights – the Colosseum. Located in the popular Esquilino district, you’ll also find bars, trattorias, and the city’s oldest gelateria nearby. We love the private terrace here, which is perfect for a morning espresso or alfresco meal. Inside, the living space isn’t huge – especially at full occupancy when four guests will be sleeping on sofa beds. But if you favour location over square footage, then this could be the home for you.

*At full occupancy, four guests will sleep on sofa beds in the living area and bedrooms. The sofa bed in the living area is a click-clack bed best suited to small children.
*You’ll need to climb stairs to reach the entrance of this home on the first floor.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The dining table seats six so isn’t big enough to accommodate everyone when the home is at full occupancy. However, there is also an outdoor dining table for six.
*This home is near a railway, so expect to hear some noise from passing trains.
*Smoking is only permitted on the terrace.
