And you can even admire the water from the living area and bedroom too. If a day at the beach is on the agenda, the nearest one is a 2-kilometre drive away, and the famous Preveli Beach can be reached in twenty minutes.

*At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between 1st March and 30th November. The pool isn’t fenced.
*This is one of seven villas on a complex so you’ll have direct neighbours here.
*Linen and towels will be changed every three days.
*This home doesn’t accept groups of young people under the age of 21.
