This coastal-inspired home is within walking distance of Mustang Island Beach and offers access to community facilities, including swimming pools and a play area for little ones. Once you've explored, kick back on the private porch with an ice cold beverage, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a dip in the Gulf of Mexico. Though comfortable and fully appointed, we think this place is best suited for a close-knit family or group of friends, as three guests will be accommodated on beds in the communal areas.


Home truths:
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep in a bunk bed on the landing, and one guest will sleep in the single day bed nook in the communal area.
*The second bedroom comprises a single over a double bunk bed.
*Construction work is ongoing in the area around the home. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday.
*Your host provides a two-day kit of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper and shampoo and conditioner. For top ups, there’s a supermarket a ten-minute drive away.
*The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
*Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
*Parking for up to three cars is available on the premises. You’ll need to drive 1.5 miles to access some of the community amenities.
