*This condo overlooks the town centre. During the peak season, there are movie screens, live music, and other events, so expect to hear some noise throughout your stay.
*The fourth bedroom is actually a lofted living space. It has a sofa, TV, arcade game, and a snug bunk bed setup that's best suited for children.
*You'll have access to the resort gym, swimming pools, athletic courts, playgrounds, pier and fishing pavilions, on-site restaurants, and more here. They're shared with other guests.
*The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
*Construction work may be ongoing in the area from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday and on occasional Sundays. Be prepared to experience some noise during your stay.
