This home sits right on the edge of a lake within an exclusive coastal community. You'll be a five-minute stroll from the beach, and with access to communal pools, a fitness centre, playground and on-site restaurants, there's plenty to keep everyone entertained. As for the home itself, it has a bright, welcoming feel, with a bunk room that's ideal for kids and an extra single bed tucked neatly into a hallway alcove. Fire up the grill for relaxed barbecues on the balcony or simply stretch out in the sun beside the water.

*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area and one guest will sleep on the single in the hallway.
*The fourth bedroom features a single over single bunk bed on one side of the room and two extra-short singles over two extra-short singles on the other.
*Construction work is ongoing in the area around the home, with work being carried out from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay.
*Your host provides a starter supply of toiletries, but you might want to bring your own to top this up. The nearest supermarket for stocking up is an eight-minute drive away.
*You'll have access to communal amenities here including multiple swimming pools, lakes, a community pier, playground, fitness centre and on-site restaurants.
