The beach is just a short walk away – but even better, the backyard opens right onto a lake, making it the perfect backdrop to your getaway. Inside, each room is bursting with coastal charm. The layout works best for families, as several bunk beds are more comfortable for kids. Outside, a balcony promises alfresco dining with waterfront views, plus you'll have access to the resort's shared amenities – including pools, parks, fishing piers, and more.

Home truths:
*At full capacity, seven guests will sleep on bunk beds or pull-out trundles. With this in mind, we think the home is best for families with younger children – though do note that one set of bunk beds is located in a nook in the main bedroom, alongside a superking bed.
*This home has direct access to the lake, so little ones will need to be supervised outside at all times.
*You'll have access to the resort gym, swimming pools, athletic courts, playgrounds, pier and fishing pavilions, on-site restaurants, and more here. They're shared with other guests.
*The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
*Construction work may be ongoing in the area from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday and on occasional Sundays. Be prepared to experience some noise during your stay.
*Your host provides a two-day starter supply of essentials like dish soap, toilet paper, toiletries, and paper towels. There are stores a short drive away where you can top up on supplies.
