Gulf's Edge

Less than 500 feet from the beach, this home has coastal charm in spades. The location is pretty hard to beat. It's part of a resort community, and you'll find multiple shared pools, lakes, a fitness centre, on-site restaurants, and other activities within easy reach. But with Gulf views from the private balcony, there's plenty to enjoy back home, too. When you're not enjoying a coffee or a cocktail in the fresh air, we reckon you'll be relaxing in the living area. It's light and bright, offering plenty of space for everyone to spread out. A second lounge with a sofa bed makes a cosy den for little ones. We think it'll suit families down to the ground.

Home truths:
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the second lounge. There's also a pull-out trundle bed in the room with bunk beds, but space will be tight with it in use.
*You'll have access to the resort gym, swimming pools, athletic courts, playgrounds, pier and fishing pavilions, on-site restaurants, and more here. They're shared with other guests. You'll also have access to a neighbouring resort, a 1.5-mile drive away.
*The smart TV has a live TV feature, but no cable.
*Please note that there is construction taking place near this home, from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Expect to hear some noise during your stay.
*The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
*Your host provides a two-day starter supply of essentials like dish soap, toilet paper, toiletries, and paper towels. There are stores a short drive away where you can top up on supplies.
