Set just back from the beach, a short stroll from sea, this home is a great base for a coastal getaway. Superb sand and surf are right on the doorstep, and you’ll have access to some excellent community amenities – so there’s lots to keep you busy. Spread over three floors, the house offers ample room for a group getaway, including two bunk bedrooms that little ones will love. The porches offer plenty of outdoor space too, where you can relax with a drink or enjoy a barbecue when you’re not busy exploring Mustang Island.

*Construction work is ongoing next door to this home, from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay.
*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
*One of the bunk rooms has a single-over-double bunk bed, which has a double on the bottom and a single on top.
*Your host provides a starter supply of toiletries, toilet paper, and washing up products, but you might want to bring your own to top this up. There are supermarkets nearby for stocking up.
*You'll have access to the community pools, fishing pavilion, and lawn games here. They're shared with other local residents. Further amenities are available a short drive away at a nearby resort, including a fitness centre and restaurants.
