Nestled within a charming coastal community, the three-storey property is within walking distance of a lake, the beach and one of the communal swimming pools. We're big fans of the lake views from the open plan living and dining room and really love the back porch with its blue rocking chairs, perfect for watching the world go by. With spacious bedrooms and fun bunkbeds for kids, this is a great option for families.

*The property is part of a larger pedestrian-friendly community with shared amenities including pools, a splash pad, beach access, a fitness centre, lakes and ponds, and a playground.

*It's worth hiring a golf cart to get around the community. Only registered and insured carts are allowed on the beaches and streets of this community.

*No parking is allowed on the streets.

*Although the property sleeps 14, the dining area can't accommodate everyone at once.

*Two bedrooms have twin bunkbeds, which are best suited to children.

*If you're travelling with young children, the host can provide a cot and high chair.
