Our amazing holiday home is located on the shores of Lough Conn in Pontoon Co Mayo, at 5500 sq feet It is set on a spectacular site with lake views to the front and breathtaking mountain views to the rear which can be enjoyed from both front and rear terraces.

This self-catering property has ample garden area to the front and a magnificent gated astroturf all-weather pitch to the rear which is guaranteed to keep young and old entertained whatever the weather.

We can comfortably sleep 13 people in 8 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, 3 reception rooms, 2 with wood-burning stoves, large kitchen diner, separate utility room with washing machine and dryer, games room with snooker table and a storage room for bikes, golf clubs etc. Everything you need for a luxury holiday is in our house.

We are enviably positioned with all amenities close by, fishing and boat hire at the end of our garden, lake swimming in Pontoons 3 lake beaches just a couple of mins drive, Enisscrone beach and golf just a 30-minute drive, fishing in the Moy in Foxford or a tour of the world-famous Foxford Woolen Mills is less than a 10-minute drive. The Titanic Museum Park is in our local village of Lahardane, we have certified climbing of our local mountain Neiphin, also 2 lovely village pubs just a couple of minutes drive away. We are ideally positioned for the Wild Atlantic Way and numerous greenways for walking and cycling. Restaurants can be found within 15 mins drive in both Ballina and Castlebar. Westport is a 35-minute drive. First-class Golf courses can be found in Castlebar, Westport and of course the renowned links course of Enniscrone. All in all this property is an ideal luxury base for a family holiday or 2 families sharing.
