Postcard Lodge is a marvellous detached house resting in Polruan, Cornwall. Hosting four bedrooms, including a super-king-size with Smart TV, balcony and en-suite shower room, a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room, a ground-floor king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room and a twin with zip/link and Smart TV, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, a first-floor garden kitchen and first-floor games room with Smart TV and DVD player. Postcard Lodge is the perfect setting for a memorable trip to Cornwall. Note: Note: 2 small/ medium dogs are welcome at a £30 supplement each - not allowed on furniture and in bedrooms.

Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove complimented by under floor heating. Fully equipped kitchen with island seating, large Rangemaster double oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Dualit appliances and Kitchen Aid blender. First floor kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, blender, microwave, Nespresso machine and washer/drying machine. First floor games room - with pool table, smart tv with internal DVD player and sofa for kids movie times.

Area
The quaint village of Polruan is a tourist favourite in Cornwall and its not hard to see why, with its charming centre which boasts welcoming pubs, a well-stocked convenience store, a gift shop, church and Post Office, as well as its close proximity to the glorious National Trust - Lantic Bay. The Polruan chain tower known as Polruan Blockhouse is a popular attraction within the village for its history and its status as one of only five existing chain towers in England.

Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Logs for woodburner can be picked up locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Public car park or on-street parking in the village. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: There are fourteen external steps leading up to this property, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There are three steps leading up into the kitchen, please take care.
