Take the passenger ferry which offers a service every fifteen minutes over to Fowey, offering further shops, pubs and restaurants. For outdoor enthusiasts the property is within easy reach of the South West Coast Path and slightly further afield is Cardinham Woods with its waymarked trails through scenic woodland. For family days out visit the Eden Project with is Biomes, Polperro Model Village and Porfell Wildlife Park. Enter the property on the ground floor and step into the snug/ bootroom with electric fire. Also on this floor is the bathroom with shower over the bath, WC and a utility area which is housed in a cupboard with washing machine and heated drying rack. Heading up the stairs to the first floor you will find the two bedrooms, a spacious and bright double with TV and a bunk bedroom, perfect for children.
