Five more minutes and you'll find yourself at the edge of the picturesque old town of Pollença, with its famous Pine Walk by the harbour and some of the most beautiful white-sand beaches of Mallorca – which counts as a win-win in our book!

Slap on the sunscreen and spend the day lazing by the pool, hopping into the bright blue waters from time to time, or grabbing a glass of freshly squeezed Spanish orange juice from the kitchen. Or, make the most of this wonderful location, heading out into the surrounding natural beauty, or towards the coast. The bay of Puerto Pollença offers you the chance to take part in a range of water sports should you wish to, including windsurfing, kayaking, sailing, water-skiing, and jet skiing.

No matter how you've spent the day, we know that as the sun begins to dip below the mountainous horizon, we'll be out by the barbecue. Glass of wine in hand, with the smell of freshly grilled delights wafting on the gentle breeze. Now, if that's not holiday bliss, we don't know what is.
