Beneath a soaring glass dome, the grand living room of this Alt Empordà villa sets a tone that's hard to shake – part private club, part country retreat. Outside, two pools and a sun terrace give way to mountain views, and a sports court keeps active groups busy long after sunset. When you want to venture out, Peralada Castle's medieval towers are within walking distance, and Empuriabrava Beach is a twenty-seven-minute drive. Back inside, the basement entertainment room with DJ booth, dance floor and billiards means the evening rarely needs to end early.

* A car is essential here. Peralada is an inland village and the villa is within a private residential setting, so you'll need to drive for beaches, day trips, and most errands.
* The villa has a large covered interior garage of around 250 m², plus additional covered exterior parking, so there's ample space for multiple vehicles.
* Some exterior areas may present challenges if any guests have limited mobility, so it's worth checking with your host before arrival about which outdoor spaces and routes are fully accessible.
* Several of the bedrooms use twin beds that can be combined into doubles on request – up to six singles can be reconfigured into three doubles. If you'd prefer that setup, let your host know before you arrive.
* If you're travelling with young children, your host can arrange a cot and high chair. Speak with your host ahead of arrival to make sure everything is in place.
