After a day on the slopes, the private hot tub and fire pit overlooking the town are hard to resist – and Main Street's restaurants and après-ski scene are less than ten minutes on foot.

* The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
* Bedroom four sleeps up to eight guests in two double over double bunk beds. This room is best suited to children.
* The home is in the heart of Old Town, which is a lively neighbourhood – particularly during peak ski season. If you're after total peace and quiet in the evenings, it's worth factoring that in.
* Old Town sits on a hillside, so the streets around the home are sloped – worth bearing in mind if you're walking back from Main Street with ski gear or after a long day on the mountain.
* You can park up to three vehicles here – one in the single-bay garage, one on the heated driveway, and one out front. If you use the front space, you'll need the guest parking pass provided, as Park City strictly enforces street parking.
