* Deer Valley is a ski-only mountain – snowboarding is not permitted on the resort's slopes. If anyone in your group snowboards, Park City Mountain Resort is around a ten-minute drive away.
* You'll need a car to get around from here. The home sits on a quiet hillside off Royal Street, and while Silver Lake Village is just minutes away, Main Street and Park City Mountain are both about a ten-minute drive.
* The home spans three levels, so you'll be moving between floors regularly – whether heading from the bedrooms down to the kitchen, or between the living areas and the media room.
* One of the bedrooms two double-over-double bunk beds that can sleep up to four people – we think it might be best suited to children.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
