*At full occupancy, two guests can either sleep on the sofa bed in the loft or on the pull out bed in the fourth bedroom.

*Parking is available for up to two cars in the garage. There is additional parking in a first-come-first-serve spaces in the community. Please note street parking is not allowed at any time.
