Tram Ride to Seacrest

Seacrest Beach's sugar-white sands are just a nine-minute walk away – or a ride on the complimentary seasonal tram if you'd rather save your legs for the five bikes that come with the house. The private pool and covered balconies give you plenty of reason to linger closer to home too, whether you're barbecuing or drifting between the three levels of gathering space that make this a rare find for larger groups. Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are each an eleven-minute walk, and Seaside's open-air amphitheatre is close along Scenic 30A.

Home truths:
* One of the bedrooms sleeps seven people in two triple bunk beds, made up of five single beds and a small double. There is limited head height when using the bunks so this room is only suitable for children.
* A second bunk room sleeps three people in a single-over-single-over-single bunk bed. We think this room is also best suited to children.
* To access the community amenities – including the shared pools and tram service – you'll need to complete a Guest Registration Form on arrival. Your host can guide you through this process.
* You'll need to pack your own beach and pool towels – regular towels are provided, but beach and pool towels are not included.
* Parking here is limited to two vehicles, so if your group is arriving in multiple cars, you'll need to plan ahead and arrange alternative parking for any additional vehicles.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
