Three minutes from the private beach and a five-minute walk from Rosemary Beach Town Square, this house puts the best of Florida's 30A coast well within reach. Soaring vaulted ceilings lend the living and dining spaces a generous, unhurried feel – the kind of place that makes evenings with the whole group easy. Step outside and you have two distinct outdoor spaces: a Gulf-view balcony for catching the coastal breeze, and a private courtyard with a fountain and fire pit for winding down after dark. Four bikes are included for exploring the 30A path at your own pace.

* You'll have parking for one vehicle only, inside the private garage. If you're travelling as a group with more than one car, you'll need to look into alternative parking nearby.
* The home doesn't supply beach or pool towels, so pack your own – bath towels and linens may not be taken from the home for beach or pool use.
* The second bedroom contains a queen-over-queen bunk bed.
* If you're visiting between May and October, Walton County's sea turtle nesting season is in full swing. You'll be asked to keep balcony and porch lights off at night, draw the blinds on any Gulf-facing windows after dark, and avoid white torches on the beach – red-filter lights are available locally.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
