Peace & Sea Breeze

A palm-shaded cottage on Seacrest Beach, with deeded beach access a short walk away and a complimentary seasonal tram stop right outside. Warm wood floors run through the bright living spaces, and the front porch – furnished with Adirondack chairs and a porch swing – is the kind of spot where mornings disappear without effort. Private balconies step up to a crow's nest deck at the top for open coastal air and elevated views. Three complimentary bikes make it easy to explore 30A's restaurants and shops, and access to community pool rounds out an easy, sun-filled stay.

Home truths:
* There is parking for up to two vehicles here on a first-come, first-served basis – if your group is arriving in more than two cars, you'll need to plan ahead for alternative parking nearby.
* You'll need to complete a Guest Registration Form within two weeks of your arrival date to access the community pool and other neighbourhood amenities – make sure you factor that into your pre-arrival admin.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* To reach the beach you'll cross East County Highway 30A on foot – it's walkable and the tram makes it easy, but it's worth knowing the route involves crossing a main road rather than being a direct seafront stroll.
* The community pool is popular and gets busy early – if you're after a lounger, arriving before 10am is your best bet.
