Tucked just two houses back from the Gulf on the quiet eastern end of 30A, this house puts the sand at arm's length and the sunset views directly from the balcony. Semi-private boardwalk access means the beach is steps away, and a seasonal complimentary daily chair-and-umbrella setup takes care of the logistics each morning. Back home, the small private pool and fire table make it easy to stretch the evening long after you've returned from the beach. Five bikes are included for exploring Rosemary Beach and the 30Avenue shops – all within cycling distance.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* One of the bedrooms sleeps six people on three bunk beds – we think this room is best suited to children.
* As well as a small private swimming pool, you'll have access to the on-site communal pool here. It's shared with the complex's other guests.
* You'll have parking for up to six vehicles in total – one in the attached garage, one under the carport, and up to four on the driveway. Bear in mind that local neighbourhood rules strictly prohibit overnight street parking or parking on the grass.
* The home spans three floors, so you'll be moving between levels regularly – particularly when going between the third-floor bedrooms and the main living spaces below.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
