Not far from the beach, with private access to the sugar-white sands of the Florida Panhandle – it doesn't get much closer than this. A lookout tower rises above the roofline, offering a quiet perch for watching Gulf sunrises that most beach houses simply can't match. Back on ground level, a covered veranda, courtyard, and outdoor shower make beach days effortless. Home truths:
* The accommodation here is set across the main house, which has four bedrooms, and a separate one-bedroom carriage house. The carriage house has a king-size bed, along with a daybed and pull-out trundle bed, sleeping up to four people in total.
* You're strictly limited to three vehicles through the community security gate – and that applies to drop-offs and unloading too, not just overnight parking. If your group is arriving in more than three cars, you'll need to sort alternative parking outside the gate.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
