In Deepwell Estates, this Jim Jennings–designed home puts you right into Palm Springs’ modernist scene, with the San Jacinto Mountains as a constant backdrop. We wouldn’t blame you if most days end up by the pool and spa. There’s an outdoor kitchen for long lunches, and a fire pit for later in the day. Inside, steel-and-glass architecture and sliding walls open straight onto the terrace, so you’re rarely far from the outside. All three bedrooms have king beds, and the main suite adds an outdoor soaking tub and shower. You’re a short drive from downtown Palm Springs for restaurants, galleries and shops, with hiking trails nearby and Joshua Tree National Park about an hour away.
